You'll drive enrollment success by building relationships in the community and guiding seniors into the PACE program. Your core impact is connecting vulnerable seniors with life-changing care without a hard sell. This role stands out for its mission-driven focus and community-first approach.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate and initiate outreach and engagement activities in communities
• Identify opportunities to collaborate with community organizations for qualified leads
• Establish and maintain relationships with community leaders and partners
• Develop and implement monthly marketing plans to achieve enrollment goals

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or health care administration preferred
• DHCS training and exam as a marketing representative within 30 days of hire
• Minimum of one year of sales and marketing experience
• Technology experience with Salesforce, Athena, or similar

• Healthcare or senior care setting experience
• Outside sales experience
