🎯 What You'll Do

  • Supervise daily customer service operations and team performance.
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and standards.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and foster employee growth.
  • Handle direct customer service for key accounts and backup duties.

📋 Requirements

  • 5 years of supervisory or management experience in customer service.
  • Experience with performance management including reviews and improvement plans.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and Word.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills to motivate teams.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with fluid power, motion control, or automation products.
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field.
