You'll lead global payroll accounting and equity administration for a growing AI enterprise. You'll oversee outsourced payroll providers across the US, APAC, and EMEA, ensuring compliance and accurate reporting. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage outsourced payroll providers across multiple geographies
• Own reconciliation of payroll-related accounts
• Manage global equity administration in Carta
• Facilitate 409a valuation with external providers

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 7+ years of corporate accounting and payroll accounting experience
• In-depth knowledge of GAAP and month-end close processes
• Experience in an international multi-entity environment

✨ Nice to Have

• 2+ years of Big 4 public accounting experience
• Software and SaaS industry experience
• Familiarity with NetSuite, SAP S/4Hana, Bill.com, ADP Workforce Now, Deel
