You will drive pipeline generation strategy, marketing analytics, and tech stack management to support a growing commercial organization. You'll optimize HubSpot, analyze campaign ROI, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve lead progression and sales efficiency.
Requirements
- 5+ years in marketing operations or digital marketing with focus on lead management and pipeline generation
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot and tools like Clay, UserGems, ZoomInfo
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics and Looker
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to generate actionable insights
- Excellent project management and cross-functional communication skills
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize HubSpot for lead scoring, attribution, and funnel tracking
- Analyze marketing channel performance and ROI to guide resource allocation
- Oversee integration and utilization of marketing tech stack (HubSpot, UserGems, ZoomInfo, etc.)
- Collaborate with marketing and analytics to manage end-to-end campaign execution
- Support revenue operations and sales teams with reporting, insights, and process optimization
