Requirements

  • 5+ years in marketing operations or digital marketing with focus on lead management and pipeline generation
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot and tools like Clay, UserGems, ZoomInfo
  • Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics and Looker
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to generate actionable insights
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize HubSpot for lead scoring, attribution, and funnel tracking
  • Analyze marketing channel performance and ROI to guide resource allocation
  • Oversee integration and utilization of marketing tech stack (HubSpot, UserGems, ZoomInfo, etc.)
  • Collaborate with marketing and analytics to manage end-to-end campaign execution
  • Support revenue operations and sales teams with reporting, insights, and process optimization
