💼 About This Role

You'll lead building the Performance Intelligence flywheel, transforming unstructured coaching data into workforce insights for enterprise customers. You'll architect automation and self-service tooling to scale from 15 to hundreds of customers. You'll work at the intersection of data, product, and ML to build systems that deliver ROI at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect and build automation tooling for insight generation and delivery.
• Design and implement data pipelines for unstructured data processing.
• Build self-service tooling for cross-functional teams.
• Develop monitoring and observability for pipeline reliability.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Strong software engineering practices (coding, testing, code reviews).
• Backend development experience with modern tech stacks.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Ruby, Elixir, Ember, Lit.
• Familiarity with Snowflake, dbt, Looker.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Terraform.
