🎯 What You'll Do

• Be a continuous positive force and create strong morale.
• Help interview, select, onboard, and train Customer Advocates.
• Develop employees through feedback and performance check-ins.
• Generate and monitor reports for upper management.
• Address complex customer-facing issues effectively.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years work experience in a customer-facing team environment
• 3+ years of management experience
• Proven history of developing and coaching employees
• Prior experience with strategic planning and process improvement
