💼 About This Role

You'll act as the technical reference for regulatory reporting to the Brazilian Central Bank, focusing on Financial Statements and CADOC submissions. You'll ensure all filings are accurate, timely, and audit-ready while collaborating with Data and Engineering teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead regulatory accounting close and prepare financial statements (Balance Sheet, DRE, etc.)
• Prepare, validate, and submit CADOC reports and other regulatory filings
• Manage regulatory reporting calendar and develop risk action plans
• Act as main point of contact for external auditors and coordinate PBC lists

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
• Experience in accounting or regulatory roles with DFs, COSIF, and CADOCs
• External audit experience (Big 4 or similar)
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and basic to intermediate SQL

✨ Nice to Have

• IFRS 9 knowledge (credit risk and expected loss modeling)
• Python (pandas) for automation
• BI tools (Looker, Data Studio, Power BI) and cloud databases
