💼 About This Role

You'll support major building rehabilitation, sustainability, and new construction projects as an Assistant Owner's Project Manager. You'll manage multiple projects from inception to close-out, working on-site with the team. You'll drive contract negotiations and coordinate stakeholder communications throughout the project life cycle.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare and coordinate RFQs/RFPs for consultants and contractors
• Assist in securing internal and external project approvals
• Manage consultant and contractor services during construction
• Oversee project schedule and budget across all phases

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management
• 2+ years of related experience on a project team
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Teams, MS Excel, and SharePoint

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in project design and construction elements
• Knowledge of PMWeb or Procore
• Knowledge of Primavera P6
