Description

You will build relationships with clinical partners in your local community, providing resources to those struggling with mental health. You'll develop GTM strategies, manage referral sources, and drive market penetration. Your work directly impacts access to life-saving behavioral health treatment.

Requirements

• Must be based in Toledo, OH
• Must be fluent in English
• 1-4 years proven sales experience, owning overachieving KPIs a plus
• Experience working with or selling to healthcare organizations a plus
• Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for new market penetration
• Create and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets
• Go in the field 4-5 days/week to lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers
• Design strategies to support and engage referral partners across different channels
• Attend and lead educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events
