💼 About This Role

You'll design and build enterprise-grade observability dashboards using Elastic Stack (ESS) for mission-critical applications at a top digital service provider. Your core impact will be transforming reactive monitoring into a proactive, scalable observability ecosystem. This high-impact role targets a <6-month acceleration of observability capabilities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement end-to-end observability solutions using Elastic Stack
• Build and scale ESS dashboards for cluster health, APM, and service dependencies
• Expand APM, distributed tracing, RUM, and synthetic monitoring
• Implement smart alerting rules and define SLOs/SLIs/error budgets

📋 Requirements

• Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, Beats/Elastic Agent, Elastic APM)
• Experience building enterprise-scale observability dashboards in ESS
• Deep understanding of microservices architecture and Kubernetes/OpenShift
• Proven experience with APM, distributed tracing, logging, and metrics correlation

• Synthetic monitoring tools integrated with ESS
• Knowledge of CI/CD observability integration and alerting frameworks
• Scripting in Python, Shell, or Groovy
