💼 About This Role

You'll provide evidence-based therapy to children and adolescents at a clinician-founded mental health practice. You'll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver whole-child care addressing brain, body, and behavior. This part-time role offers a guaranteed base salary with opportunities to earn more by taking on additional clients.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide individual evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on patient progress
• Participate in clinical consultation to enhance skills and receive feedback
• Maintain thorough, timely clinical documentation and patient records

📋 Requirements

• Licensed as an LMSW or Supervisee in Social Work in Maryland
• One year of experience providing individual direct care therapy to children and adolescents
• One year of experience working in a telehealth or virtual setting
• Flexibility to work after 4pm ET weekdays and/or weekends
