🎯 What You'll Do

• Align team structures and headcount planning with program priorities.
• Lead performance management, calibration, and promotion readiness.
• Provide insights and recommendations using people data.
• Serve as local People Ops point of contact for day-to-day HR support.

📋 Requirements

• 5-6 years of progressive HR experience.
• At least 2 years supporting technical or manufacturing organizations.
• Strong understanding of employment law and HR compliance.
• Experience with workforce planning, leveling frameworks, and organizational design.
