You'll ensure the operational success of Saronic's autonomous systems in customer environments. You'll focus on software readiness, system stability, and troubleshooting as a bridge between deployed systems and engineering teams. This role emphasizes operational execution over feature development.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support customer activities during system activation and live missions
• Perform remote and on-site troubleshooting of deployed system software
• Validate software baselines and configurations for mission use
• Serve as software-focused technical point of contact for customers

📋 Requirements

• Strong software engineering background with Python, C++, or Rust
• Experience supporting deployed software systems in operational environments
• Ability to diagnose complex systems using logs and telemetry
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, UDP, distributed systems)

✨ Nice to Have

• Background in robotics or autonomy
• Experience in maritime or defense domains
• Familiarity with sensors such as cameras, radar, GPS
