Description

You will own the product roadmap for InterSystems' healthcare interoperability portfolio, driving strategy from discovery to launch. You will work with engineers, engage enterprise customers, and represent the company at HL7 and HIMSS to shape standards adoption and lead AI-native interoperability initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years technical product management in healthcare IT with focus on interoperability
• Working-level expertise in HL7 V2.x, FHIR R4, CDA/C-CDA, SMART on FHIR, X12 EDI
• Experience with healthcare data transformations and EHR/EMR systems
• Hands-on familiarity with enterprise integration engines
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, Health Informatics, or related field

Responsibilities

• Define and drive multi-year product roadmap for healthcare interoperability engine
• Translate interoperability standards and regulatory requirements into prioritized features
• Run structured customer discovery with enterprise accounts
• Lead competitive analysis and define AI-native interoperability strategy
• Manage product backlog, author PRDs, and define acceptance criteria
