You will lead a team of Onboarding Coaches to deliver best-in-class support for home service professionals, driving key metrics, managing schedules, and fostering team development in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 2+ years in customer support, account management, or sales
• 1+ years leading teams of 10+
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience using AI tools to improve work quality and efficiency

Responsibilities

• Drive key metrics (response time, retention, QA scores)
• Manage team schedule and attendance
• Create supportive environment and invest in team development
• Conduct 1:1s and lead training/coaching sessions
• Support hiring through interviews and candidate reviews
