🎯 What You'll Do

• Direct daily field service technician team activities and scheduling
• Champion safety-first culture and enforce OSHA standards
• Qualify, select, and manage third-party vendors and subcontractors
• Serve as primary customer contact for operational updates and reporting
• Ensure CMMS data integrity and generate performance reports

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operations and maintenance management
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
• Leadership experience managing field service teams in critical infrastructure
• CMMS proficiency with platforms like IBM Maximo or UpKeep
