Description

As a Payroll Specialist Lead at Remote, you will own end-to-end payroll processing and compliance for Denmark. You'll collaborate with stakeholders across Payroll, Finance, and Product, mentor team members, and drive process improvements in a fully remote, international environment.

Requirements

• Payroll management or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of payroll best practices
• Proficient in SAP, Excel/Google Sheets
• Analytical problem-solving skills
• Fluent English, able to work asynchronously

Responsibilities

• Act as subject matter expert for Denmark payroll
• Manage relationships with stakeholders in Payroll, Finance, Product, Engineering
• Process full end-to-end payroll, statutory filings, exceptions, approvals, payments, compliance
• Ensure data integrity, accounting, and reconciliations
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs, implement and improve processes
