You'll lead a fund services team responsible for operational delivery across the full fund lifecycle at Hiive, a fast-growing private market platform. You'll drive process improvements and scalability to support the company's expansion. This role offers high impact in a high-growth, well-funded environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a high-performing Fund Services team.
• Own and improve end-to-end fund lifecycle processes.
• Build robust control environment for compliance and risk.
• Partner with Product and Engineering for automation.
• Set standard for investor experience and cross-functional alignment.

📋 Requirements

• 4-6+ years of operational leadership in fund services or operations.
• Broad exposure to full fund lifecycle (formation, capital calls, tax reporting).
• Prior experience at a private equity firm, fund administrator, or public accounting firm.
• People management experience with track record of developing teams.

• Experience with single-asset funds or similar structures.
• Familiarity with fintech or marketplace platforms.
• FINRA qualifications (SIE, S7, S24).
