• Perform seasonal lawn care including mowing, trimming, and weeding.
• Maintain community grounds, streets, and common areas for curb appeal.
• Clean and sanitize clubhouse, office, restrooms, and laundry room.
• Remove trash and debris from streets, common areas, and vacant sites.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Broad knowledge of general maintenance techniques and power tools.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work outdoors in all weather.
