💼 About This Role

You'll join Vetcove to help modernize veterinary software and the pet parent healthcare experience. You'll proactively engage with clinics to strengthen relationships and resolve concerns. This role works closely with Customer Experience and Sales teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify clinics at risk of churning
• Proactively reach out via phone, email, chat
• Train and educate users on platform features
• Create content to support veterinary professionals

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1-3 years of customer-facing work experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent responsibilities

• Experience on tech platforms
• Veterinary industry experience strongly preferred
