💼 About This Role

You'll help customers run better user research by building an AI-native research platform. You'll own features end-to-end and shape how product teams connect with users at scale. You'll join a remote-first team that talks to users constantly.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and own zero to one features in the product
• Scale existing features from MVPs to enterprise grade
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners like design and co-founders
• Work across the stack using React, NextJS, Node, GraphQL

📋 Requirements

• Skilled in architecting production-grade web applications
• Adept at building scalable front-end systems with React
• Strong command of JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web practices
• Demonstrated ability to lead major initiatives or mentor teams

• Experience collaborating with PMs and Designers on product decisions
• Background in user research or research platforms
