Description

You will oversee all aspects of production on the Thursday to Sunday 5:00am-3:30pm shift. This hands-on role involves optimizing productivity, coaching employees, resolving issues, and balancing quality, cost, and safety to drive results in a fast-paced food production environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED or related work experience
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a production environment preferred
• Able to train and develop a large group of employees and manage multiple production lines
• Results driven with ability to multitask and track/monitor production
• Comfortable working in cool/cold environment (10°-40°F)

Responsibilities

• Respectfully communicate with all employees and leads, providing coaching and development to shift hourly associates
• Report information and update managers throughout every shift with knowledge of that day's production
• Resolve employee issues through appropriate problem resolution
• Balance quality, productivity, cost, safety and morale to achieve positive results
• Manage departmental performance measures, including visual controls, and provide regular progress reports to Associate Production Manager/Manager
