💼 About This Role

You'll define and execute the market access strategy for novel oncology therapies at a late-stage clinical biotech. You'll lead pricing negotiations, HTA submissions, and payer engagement to ensure timely patient access across Spain. This role offers the chance to shape early access for multiple pipeline assets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead reimbursement and access strategy for oncology products
• Prepare and submit HTA dossiers and pricing filings
• Negotiate with national and regional payers
• Monitor health policy and inform strategy adjustments

📋 Requirements

• Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Health Economics, or Public Health
• Minimum 10 years of market access experience in pharma/biotech
• Proven success in oncology product launches in Spain
• Experience in pricing negotiations with public health authorities
