💼 About This Role

You'll manage a product category end-to-end at Picnic, a fast-growing online grocer. Your impact comes through negotiating with suppliers and using data to drive category improvements. You'll work with a collaborative team in a data-driven environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and execute negotiation strategies with suppliers
• Run supplier negotiations from start to signed contract
• Analyze data to identify category innovations and commercial opportunities
• Collaborate with category team to improve product range and profitability

📋 Requirements

• BSc or MSc degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• 1-3 years of experience as a Buyer or Category Manager
• Fluency in Dutch and English
