Description

As a Senior Supplier Sourcing Engineer, you will drive strategic supply network development and cost management for Anduril's Intelligence Space business line. You'll collaborate with engineering, quality, and manufacturing to manage the full lifecycle of product hardware, from supplier selection and negotiation to cost optimization and delivery, ensuring mission-critical components are sourced efficiently.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field
• 6+ years experience in sourcing engineering, supplier engagement, or design of electronics/mechanical devices
• Domain expertise in value/procurement engineering or TCO-related work at component level
• Active U.S. Secret or TS clearance and ability to maintain clearance
• Ability to travel 10%-40% and relocate to Reston, VA

Responsibilities

• Deep dive into engineering BOM to ensure parts are sourceable at target cost
• Conduct supplier selection and onboard unique vendors for Space Intelligence needs
• Drive on-time delivery using innovative solutions to overcome traditional space industry lead-times
• Partner with strategic suppliers to accelerate product development via concept scoping and cost modeling
• Manage total program cost, including NPI and mass production cost engineering
