As a Senior Specialist Professional Services Engineer at NICE, you will deliver specialized expertise for AI-driven applications in enterprise contact centers. You will implement, configure, and optimize chatbot and knowledge assistant solutions, collaborating with clients to understand their needs and provide consultative support. Your work will directly impact customer experiences and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in technical or business field or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years professional experience, with 2+ years in digital channels or AI/Bot software.
• Technical configuration and programming of AI and contact center technologies.
• Familiarity with CRM integrations, APIs, generative AI models, and NLU techniques.
• Strong analytical, team-oriented, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and develop NICE CXone solutions including AI, NLU, ACD, IVR, ASR, and CRM integrations.
• Lead design and development of multiple AI and bot applications aligning with customer requirements.
• Optimize and maintain multiple AI bots, including generative and legacy models.
• Collaborate with project managers to design and oversee end-to-end project rollouts.
• Mentor managed services teams and update documentation for emerging digital products.
