You'll shape how Affirm shows up to talent globally, delivering clear storytelling that connects our mission to the people we want to reach. You'll contribute to global talent brand strategy across social, web, and internal channels, using data to improve outcomes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Shape global talent brand strategy across social, web, and internal channels
• Create content that brings Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to life
• Manage social content from planning through publishing
• Partner with Marketing, Brand, and Communications for cohesive campaigns
• Maintain and optimise careers site and job board content

📋 Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in talent brand, marketing, or social media
• Strong writing skills across formats
• Ability to take projects from brief to launch
• Comfortable using data to inform decisions
