You'll lead the sales floor and support team performance at Top of the Rock, ensuring every guest interaction is welcoming and memorable. This seasonal role offers valuable retail experience in a premier NYC destination.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist guests with merchandise selection and purchases
• Support store opening, closing, and operational procedures
• Maintain visually appealing displays and signage
• Operate POS systems and troubleshoot minor issues

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of retail or customer-facing experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
