💼 About This Role

You'll own a Harrisburg territory for a tech-powered care platform, driving predictable referral volume from clinical providers like case management agencies and primary care physicians. You'll build high-leverage relationships and install Abby Care as the default referral protocol.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own full sales cycle from outreach to provider commitment
• Engage physicians and clinical decision makers to drive adoption
• Maintain clean pipeline in Salesforce and forecast accurately
• Execute targeted outbound strategies within assigned territory

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of closing experience in Home Health, Hospice, Pharma, or Med Device sales
• Clinical fluency to discuss prior auth, acuity, recertification, ADLs
• Salesforce proficiency - maintain accurate records and pipeline
• Reside in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania and hold valid driver's license
