Description

You will provide high-quality teletherapy to Headspace patients via a HIPAA-compliant video platform. You'll complete clinical notes within 48 hours, maintain your availability calendar, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team. This role allows you to focus on delivering care while Headspace handles administrative tasks.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience providing clinical psychotherapy
• Independent clinical license in good standing at Master or Doctoral level
• BC-TMH credential if required by state of license
• Ability to offer at least 10 sessions per week with flexible scheduling
• Clinical competence in evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, ACT, Mindfulness)

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality tele-therapy to patients via HIPAA-compliant video platform
• Complete, sign, and lock clinical case notes in EMR within 48 hours of session
• Maintain personalized database for licensure records and updates
• Keep availability calendar up to date
• Collaborate with care team including coaches, therapists, psychiatrists, and external providers
