As the Operations and Visual Manager, you will join the store leadership team to oversee operations and visual strategy, ensuring the store is always customer-ready. You'll manage inventory accuracy, visual merchandising standards, and staff scheduling to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support key operational and visual processes
• Identify root causes of inventory accuracy issues and escalate with store director
• Promote high visual standards for the sales floor using business performance data
• Support sell-through management by ensuring inventory count accuracy and coordinating schedules for efficient product deliveries
