You will lead paid media strategies for healthcare clients, managing campaigns across search, social, and display. You'll shape strategic direction, optimize performance, and drive growth while collaborating with creative teams and client-facing roles.

Requirements

• 4-5+ years experience primarily in Paid Search
• Experience in Paid Social and/or Programmatic preferred
• Expertise in Google Ads
• Familiarity with Bing, Meta, or a DSP platform
• Advanced English proficiency

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end paid media accounts to meet pacing and KPI goals
• Own Paid Search strategy, testing, and road mapping
• Identify client goals and opportunities to expand media coverage
• Generate reporting, insights, and client communication
• Design and deploy monthly/quarterly campaign tests
