💼 About This Role

You'll lead the expansion of Finance and Strategic Finance functions at a vertically integrated AI infrastructure company. You'll architect talent attraction from top Investment Banking, Private Equity, and Strategic Finance firms, navigating transitions to tech equity environments. This role is remote now but will transition to full-time onsite in New York.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise hiring managers on market maps and compensation benchmarks
• Proactively source passive talent from Tier-1 banks and PE shops
• Lead complex compensation negotiations explaining equity value
• Manage full-cycle candidate lifecycle with white-glove experience

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of recruiting experience
• Significant portion dedicated to front-office finance (IB/PE/VC) or Strategic Finance/FP&A
• Proven track record of converting candidates from cash to equity roles
• Power user of LinkedIn Recruiter and alternative networks

✨ Nice to Have

• Understanding of NYC finance cycles and bonus seasons
• Experience in high-growth startup environment
• Familiarity with RSU and equity compensation structures
