You'll design and build AI-powered features and agentic research flows for a customer support platform using the OpenAI ecosystem. You'll integrate LLMs, build MCP servers, and optimize production AI systems for a global e-commerce client. This role is central to delivering a personalized support experience with Agentic AI.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement AI-powered features using LLMs and AI agents
• Build and maintain MCP servers for domain data access
• Implement RAG workflows with embeddings and vector databases
• Optimize OpenAI integrations for cost, latency, and accuracy

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of server-side engineering experience
• 3+ years with TypeScript/Node.js
• 9+ months commercial experience with OpenAI ecosystem
• Hands-on expertise with OpenAI Agents SDK

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with semantic search concepts
• Team leadership experience
• Exposure to other LLM providers (Anthropic, Mistral, Hugging Face)
