💼 About This Role

You'll own the core platform that every Ambience product is built on, serving thousands of clinicians across leading health systems. Your work will directly impact scalability and reliability as we grow from thousands to hundreds of thousands of users. This Staff-level IC role reports to the Head of Product in a hybrid San Francisco environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead migrations and architectural improvements for platform growth
• Identify and address platform-level issues impacting clinician experience
• Evolve design language and shared system components
• Build internal tooling for onboarding, licensing, and demo environments

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management with platform ownership
• Prior experience as a software engineer with system design fundamentals
• Experience scaling platforms through growth and complex migrations
• Technical fluency in APIs, licensing systems, and workflow orchestration

• Background in enterprise SaaS with multi-product portfolios
• Experience in healthcare technology (HIPAA, SOC 2, EMR integrations)
• Familiarity with billing systems or identity management
