You'll lead legal support for Crusoe's global GTM and sales organizations, shaping the legal approach across the sales lifecycle. You'll enable revenue growth while managing risk and building scalable contracting processes for GPU-as-a-Service and AI infrastructure deals. This role offers the opportunity to build a high-impact legal function for a fast-growing company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Shape legal approach for GTM and sales leadership
• Manage and mentor a team of commercial legal professionals
• Lead negotiation of complex cloud service agreements
• Develop global legal playbooks and standard templates

📋 Requirements

• Juris Doctor from accredited law school and active bar membership
• 10+ years progressive experience in technology sector (Cloud/SaaS)
• Proven track record leading high-impact commercial transactions
• Strong knowledge of B2B cloud software licensing and sales models

• Experience supporting AI/ML labs, enterprise SaaS, or Cloud Service Providers
