You will translate design concepts into production-ready patterns, collaborating with designers and technical teams to ensure proper fit and quality from concept through production. Your work ensures garments meet fit, cost, and timeline standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Patternmaker in apparel industry
• Strong understanding of garment construction, fit, and textiles
• Proficiency in patternmaking software (CAD) or manual patternmaking
• Ability to interpret design sketches and technical specifications
• Degree or certification in Fashion Design, Patternmaking, or related field

Responsibilities

• Create, modify, and grade patterns based on design sketches and specifications
• Develop first patterns, prototypes, and production patterns for various garment categories
• Participate in fit sessions and make pattern corrections based on feedback
• Prepare and maintain accurate pattern documentation, measurements, and specifications
• Support grading and size consistency across size ranges
