Description

You will provide consulting to Bloomreach Engagement users via live chat, covering product and technical questions, marketing topics, and helping clients create reports and campaigns. You'll diagnose requests, solve problems, or escalate complex cases, working US or EMEA hours remotely from Czechia or Slovakia.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JS
• Problem-solving skills
• Analytical thinking and quick learning
• Advanced or native English
• Interest in data analytics and online marketing

Responsibilities

• Provide consulting via live chat on product, technical, and marketing questions
• Help clients create reports, segmentations, campaigns, and analyses
• Diagnose requests and walk customers through problem-solving
• Refer specialized cases to experts
• Provide help to other consultants with advanced use-cases
