🎯 What You'll Do
- Provide customer assistance via portal, email, chat, and phone
- Troubleshoot issues by reproducing problems and determining resolutions
- Triage problems, assign severity, and track progress in ticket system
- Create knowledge-base articles for self-help enablement
📋 Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with enterprise software in support or development
- Experience writing SQL queries
- Experience working with Java/J2EE applications
- Experience with Windows or Unix operating systems
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience with Application Servers (Tomcat, Weblogic, WebSphere)
- Performance tuning of applications or databases
- Experience with Business Objects or BI technology
