💼 About This Role

You'll join Theodo FinTech as a Fullstack Senior Software Engineer, building digital fintech products for clients using Spring Boot, Nest.js, Node, Angular, or React. You'll code quickly without bugs, using AI assistants, and contribute to product design and technical strategy with a small agile team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Write bug-free code quickly using AI coding assistants.
• Design features and identify best technical strategies.
• Collaborate in a team of 1-3 engineers with a tech lead and PM.
• Mentor junior developers after mastering the method.

📋 Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience as a Software Engineer.
• Proficiency in Spring Boot or Nest.js or Node or Angular or React.
• Ability to design complex features and model business reality.
• Commitment to zero-bug code quality.
