🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead individual therapy sessions for youth ages 2-26 using evidence-based practices
• Build therapeutic relationships with patients and families to support engagement
• Monitor patient progress against care goals and adjust treatment approaches
• Maintain thorough patient records and documentation

📋 Requirements

• Independently licensed as LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or PsyD/PhD in Pennsylvania
• Minimum 1 year of experience with children and adolescent patients
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a telehealth or virtual setting
• Own phone, computer, and high-speed internet; commit to 8+ hours/week after 4pm weekdays and weekends
