You'll join a busy oral surgery practice to manage dental claims and revenue cycle. You'll ensure accurate claim submission and follow-up, directly supporting financial health. This role offers a chance to work in a collaborative specialty dental environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Submit dental claims accurately and timely per payer policies.
• Follow up on unpaid or denied claims and submit appeals.
• Post insurance payments and adjustments, reconciling ERAs/EOBs.
• Monitor AR reports and reduce outstanding balances.

📋 Requirements

• 2 years of dental billing or healthcare revenue cycle experience.
• In-depth understanding of CDT coding and claim submission workflows.
• Proficiency with dental practice management systems (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental).
• Experience reviewing EOBs, processing ERAs, and navigating payer portals.
