💼 About This Role

You'll join MongoDB's FedRAMP team to resolve complex customer issues across the entire MongoDB ecosystem, including Atlas and Cloud Manager. You'll work third shift (8pm-5am PST) after a ramping period, supporting critical government systems. This role offers flexible/remote work and a chance to mentor new team members.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Resolve complex MongoDB issues for enterprise customers
• Advise on architecture, performance, recovery, and security
• Advocate for customer needs with product management and development
• Mentor new team members and contribute to internal projects

📋 Requirements

• Systems engineering experience including Linux performance and networking
• Storage engineering experience with SAN, SSD, or caching
• Experience building and maintaining mission-critical production database systems
• Coding/scripting ability in one or more languages (Java, Python, Ruby, etc.)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience managing large scale databases (RDBMS, NoSQL)
• Familiarity with MongoDB or cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience with Kubernetes or orchestration systems
