Description

As an Engineering Manager at Codal, you will design scalable microservices or structured monoliths, champion backend excellence, and oversee complex data strategies across relational and NoSQL databases. You'll manage a team of five, collaborate with DevOps on cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, and elevate the engineering team through mentorship and performance tuning.

Requirements

• 6+ years of full-stack development and technical leadership on enterprise projects
• 3+ years of engineering lead experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Deep expertise in Node.js, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, and modern frontend CMS frameworks
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCP, and CI/CD pipelines
