Your core impact is translating real-world challenges into durable technical solutions and reusable architectural patterns. This high-visibility role blends hands-on engineering with solution design across complex enterprise environments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct in-depth technical discovery to assess customer environments and adoption opportunities
• Design end-to-end architecture and deployment strategies for regulated enterprise environments
• Build prototypes, proofs of concept, and reusable technical accelerators
• Architect self-managed and hybrid deployments including runners, governance, and observability

📋 Requirements

• Experience in software engineering or platform engineering roles
• Strong programming fundamentals with Ruby on Rails or Go
• Hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD runners, pipelines, and API integrations
• Deep understanding of distributed systems and system design principles

• Exposure to AI/LLM concepts and agentic workflows
