Description

You will proactively source and engage passive talent, build pipelines, and manage full-cycle recruiting for both go-to-market and technical roles at Invoca, an AI-powered revenue execution platform. You'll partner closely with hiring managers and the People Culture team to drive business outcomes through talent strategy.

Requirements

• 4+ years full-cycle recruiting in a tech company
• Track record of proactive sourcing and building passive talent pipelines
• Experience hiring across both go-to-market and technical roles

Responsibilities

• Proactively source passive talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and creative outreach
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for key roles and functions
• Own requisition management from intake to offer across go-to-market and technical roles
• Drive swift hiring processes and coordinate interview scheduling as needed
• Contribute to employer branding and improve recruiting processes
