You'll architect and implement scalable data systems powering analytics across Docker. Your work will enable data-driven decision making for Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Executive teams. This role combines deep individual contribution with strategic thinking and mentorship.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define technical strategy for data platform architecture
• Design and build scalable data pipelines using Snowflake, AWS, Airflow, DBT
• Optimize Snowflake performance and cost efficiency
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers on best practices

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• 3+ years focused on data engineering and analytics
• Expert-level Snowflake experience
• Deep proficiency in DBT for data modeling

• Experience with Sigma or similar BI platforms
• Infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD practices
