💼 About This Role

You'll lead manufacturing test automation for high-volume optical transceivers, owning the development of Python-based frameworks for validating Silicon Photonics components. Your work ensures quality across NPI and volume production.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop test software for high-volume optical component manufacturing
• Perform Layer 1/2 network validation using traffic generators like Ixia
• Maintain automated test scripts in Python and improve test frameworks
• Analyze test yields and drive continuous improvement in manufacturing

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's in EE, Physics, or CS with 7+ years of optical transceiver test automation experience
• Hands-on with Python for automated testing and framework development
• Deep knowledge of Layer 1 and Layer 2 networking protocols
• Experience with SPC, GR&R, and manufacturing process improvement

✨ Nice to Have

• Proficiency in C# and database integration (SQL, NoSQL)
• Experience with LabVIEW, Visual Basic, or Shell scripting
• Knowledge of 400G/800G/1.6T transceiver module tests
