💼 About This Role

You'll join the Global Payroll Center of Excellence to optimize payroll processes and analyze data for a remote-first global employment platform. You'll ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll across multiple countries while driving process improvements.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze global payroll data for accuracy and trends
• Ensure payroll compliance with local regulations
• Process payroll and validate employee records
• Conduct payroll audits and reconciliation

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of payroll analysis or related finance experience
• Advanced Excel/Gsheet proficiency and data transformation tooling
• Strong understanding of payroll tax laws and compliance
• Ability to analyze large datasets and provide insights

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with hybrid country payroll in Netherlands, Germany, France, etc.
• APAC or South Africa payroll exposure
