🎯 What You'll Do

• Build infrastructure and front-end for future technology
• Collaborate with product, design, and analytics on new features
• Develop internal tools for team efficiency
• Integrate and optimize generative AI tooling for caseworkers

📋 Requirements

• Breadth of experience across infrastructure, backend, and frontend stacks
• Experience with Ruby on Rails, AlpineJS, TailwindCSS, and PostgreSQL
• Worked in complex software systems with scalable architecture
• Strong product mindset focused on customer outcomes and data-informed decisions

📨 Hiring Process

4-stage interview process: 30 min talent screen, 45 min with VP Engineering, 1 hour technical test, 1 hour system design, optional 30 min product and cultural interview with a founder.
